14-Day Return Period: Consumers have the right to return non-food items within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
Original Packaging and Tags: Products should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice is required to process the return.

Hygiene Products: Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
Sale Items: Discounted or final sale items are typically not eligible for returns.

Consumer Rights: If a product is defective or damaged, consumers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
Return Process: Contact the seller within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return.

Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Reimbursement: If the return is due to an error on the seller’s part, return shipping costs should be reimbursed.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We are based in Yerevan, Armenia, and offer both local delivery and store pickup options.

Delivery is available across Yerevan within 1–2 business days after placing your order.
Standard delivery fee: 1,000–1,500 AMD (depending on location).
Free delivery for orders above 20,000 AMD.
